Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation of Enrollment
Learners may cancel their enrollment in a course by submitting a cancellation request through their account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellation requests made within 7 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund, provided that no more than 10% of the course content has been accessed and no course completion certificate has been issued.
- If more than 10% of the course has been viewed or downloaded, the course will not be eligible for a refund.
- After the eligible refund period has expired, course purchases are non-refundable.
Live Classes & Cohort Programs
For instructor-led or cohort-based programs:
- A full refund may be provided if the cancellation request is received before the program start date.
- Once the program has started, refunds may be offered only in exceptional circumstances and at the company's sole discretion.
- Any registration or administrative fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
Subscription Plans
For subscription-based memberships:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the subscription period.
- To avoid the next billing cycle, cancellation must be completed before the renewal date.
Special Offers & Promotional Purchases
Courses purchased during promotional campaigns, discounted sales, bundle offers, gift purchases, or with coupon codes may have different refund terms. Unless otherwise stated, such purchases are non-refundable.
Payment Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Course Access After Cancellation
Once a cancellation and refund have been approved, access to the course, downloadable resources, certificates, community features, and associated learning materials will be revoked.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Completed courses.
- Issued certificates.
- Downloadable digital resources that have already been accessed.
- Administrative or processing fees, where applicable.
- Third-party examination or certification fees.
Company Rights
The Company reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria or where misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
